Delivery Information Orders placed before noon Monday to Friday (CET Time) will normally be sent out the same day. Orders placed later in the day will normally be shipped the next day, and orders on weekends or Norwegian bank holidays (like the famous 17th of May celebration) will be shipped the following weekday. We always try to get your order shipped as soon as possible, but sometimes delays happen. We will always try to get in touch with you as soon as a delay is expected. How long is the shipment time? When your order is shipped from us, DHL Express take over and deliver worldwide within 48 hours. Sometimes delays happen there as well, and they will inform you as soon as possible. In some cases delivery will be within 24 hours if the stars align and the planes depart just at the right time. Why do you ship from Norway? We are a small company with our home in Oslo, Norway. We have been sending products to Norwegian customers for a few years, and are now moving to the whole world with hand-picked products. What is your return policy? Within 30 days you can ship everything back to us for a full refund. You can either send it back with your own carrier, or we can let DHL Express pick up your order for a £25 surcharge. What if I get a defective item? Please get in touch with us at order@tudos.co.uk and we will make sure that your item is replaced, exchanged or fixed without extra costs for you. We inspect all our items thoroughly before we ship them to avoid situations with defective items.
